It's unable to walk with it's feet and doesn't moves for water and it's not eating food I've given it water with vitamins.

It looks like it has curled toes. I currently have a chick like this, except my chick's toes are more deformed. Could be a variety of reasons including incubation conditions or deficiencies in vitamins like riboflavin. You should make a cardboard "shoe" to help its toes straighten out. Better to start sooner than later. Here is a link about curled toes and shoe-making, but there are lots of good resources about this condition on BYC and Google.
