OK, I know I have some Australorps and EEs. I can identify those. But I also got what I was told were two Gold Laced Wyandottes and two Partridge Rocks. One of these three chicks has a "rose comb", so it is likely the GLW (so I've been told). But I have one with IDENTICAL feathering and a single comb. And then a pair with single combs that are identical. Will someone please help me out and tell me what they are?

Supposed GLW #1 (has rose comb)

WTF is this one? (Single comb, but otherwise is a twin to above)

Two of these that look exactly alike

The two top ones are both GLWs, the lacing will improve as they feather in. As some people insist on breeding single combed specimens, there will be some cropping up (especially not uncommon in hatchery birds).

OK, that makes me feel a LOT better. And since these will be pets and not for show, I'm fine with little idiosyncrasies. Of course, now I have to name the rose comb GLW "Betty White". Should the "single" be Bea Arthur or Rue MacClanahan?

Yes, I am a huge dork.
