Chick can't stand?

I got a chick in the mail today and it won't stand up. It is always tipping to the left. It eats and drinks when I help it but otherwise it just tips over. Any ideas on how to help this little one?

This is heartbreaking. I haven’t dealt with any sick chicks so I can’t offer any information, but I hope the situation improves
