Chick can't walk properly - Hard to Title so give it a read if you can.

Hi, one of my little chicks about a week ago seemed to have lost feeling in her toes. She hobbles around with them curled up. She doesn't seem to be in pain, she gets around pretty ok. The only problem is when she tries to scratch herself, she can't seem to do it properly. She complains rather loudly about it and my mum wants to put her to sleep. I don't want to as it seems like a stupid reason to do so. She does everything else without making a peep. She is about 4 weeks old now. I at least wanted to wait and she how she goes when she grows up. Also we have put a little shoe on her to help straiten her toes. It seems to help and she can still do her stuff in in. So what is best?

4 weeks is a little old to be fixing toes but it might work if done properly.

Yes like that. Also I should mention it is only the left foot. She is fine scratching with that one, but falls over and 'complains when trying to scratch with the other.
