Chick can't walk.

23 1/2 days almost 24 when this little chick hatched. It can't stand up. It walks on its elbows/knee so much it has worn the skin off. I tried to straighten the leg to splint and its real stiff. Couldn't even open to 90 deg. So I never managed to splint the legs. Maybe I should cull this one.

That is the sad part about raising chicks is being faced with this decision. I would cull.
