Hi everyone,
I got 2 day old Legbar chicks today and one of them has suddenly started to make quiet clicking sounds when breathing which you can only hear when you hold her up to your ear. She has also been making a yawning motion now and again so not sure if she is just sleepy or has a problem. Other than that, she is drinking and eating so well and very active. Please let me know if this is normal or something i should be worried about? If so what meds do you recommend, I’m in the UK. I already posted on a different forum but feel this one would be more effective and can’t figure out how to delete the previous post. Thank you

Could just be immature air sacs if only 2 days old.

See that they are eating/drinking. If they are on bedding, do provide chick grit (crushed granite) and make sure there's plenty of ventilation in the brooder.

It wouldn't hurt to give a couple of drops of poultry vitamins orally twice a day for a week. You are in the UK, so I think you have Nettex Nutri-Drops there, should be similar to Poultry Nutri-Drench here in the U.S.
