Chick crop issue?

I have a new bantam chick that has a full crop all the time, but she isn't growing like the other chicks (I'm comparing her to the other bantam chick we got that was the same size) and she peeps all day unless I hold her. She was very lethargic this morning, and threw up a bit after I massaged her crop. She pooped twice today and I gave her water, but I'm not sure what else I can do, and I'm afraid to feed her. Any help would be appreciated.

Try giving her 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and massaging her crop. Temporarily isolate her from the other chicks by putting up a small barrier for her to remain in her own section of the brooder with heat available where she can see the others and they her. Make her a wet mash out of her food to make sure she is getting moisture. I would also put several drops of poultry cell, rooster booster or poultry nutri-drench into the mash for an extra boost. Inspect her vent to make sure she doesn't have pasty butt. After 8 hrs, give her another 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and a crop massage. See if this doesn't help her clear her digestive tract. She may be constipated.

Thank you so much! I’ll try this. She hasn’t developed paste butt, and seems more active now, just REALLY wants to be held all the time and snuggle. Her crop hasn’t emptied totally, but it’s soft and she will poop after I rub her vent gently.
