Chick dead on its back

I went out to check on my chicks and i found one dead on their back and the other sleeping on it i took the chick out but i dont know what to do now
 
I found this yesterday with one of my new hatchlings. I think perhaps he came out of the incubator not dry enough and got chilled. I'm not sure. He was acting strange, so maybe he had other issues. Anyway, mother nature takes care of these things and culls those with the issues. Sorry for your loss.
 
Just dispose of the carcass if you haven't already. Probably nothing more to do if no one is showing any signs of illness. Sometimes they just go. What breed was it? Some heavy breeds - especially cornishx - are prone to "flip".
