Chick didn't hatch lots of blood and fluid in egg

Hello everyone
so the last few weeks I've been posting about eggs I was hatching out of 6 only 1 developed the others didn't look fertile and never even started developing I didn't want to hatch a chick on its own but was to much developed to stop it.
Day 21 came and went and 2 days ago chick was moving but today I did float test and egg was floating I then carefully opened egg to find it filled with lots of fluid and blood the chick was small but fully developed and egg yolk still attached it was also at the wrong end of egg and hadn't pipped through the air cell
This was sad as was showing great promise I really am not sure what went wrong I think maybe humidity was too high and maybe only one egg was fertile maybe my hens and rooster are having trouble laying fertile eggs
I have got pictures but they are quite graphic and wasn't sure whether to put them on here
Any feedback or advice on what happened would be greatly appreciated and will upload photos if allowed

Are you hatching in an incubator? Humidity may have been too high.

Yes I have got a jonel incubator I have just brought a hygrometer and no water in bator but still saying humidity is 50 percent I'm thinking the same think humidity was too high
