Chick doesn't like his family anymore?

I've got 4 Japanese bantam chicks at the moment they live with their mum and dad and their about 3 months old. Recently one of them has just been walking away from them and spending most of the day alone. Why is he doing this? (i dont know if this will help but he has 1 brother and 2 sisters)

They are maturing and that's normal, especially when they are a rooster, and there are other roosters.

Pull him off roost and compare his weight to sibling's.

Has he been reading Hamlet? I had that problem once with a Buff Orpington.

One of his sisters on 340 grams the other 260 and his brother is 340

I dont know if this will matter but tonight he was trying to cuddle under his mum (while they were both perching) while all the others were fine perching normally
