I have a button quail chick, a little over a day old. I haven't seen him drink any water at all so i attempted to show it where it was. I picked him up and placed him next to the water and just pushed the tip of his beak into the water. He drank but then began to move his head up and down, similar to a wolf howling at the moon. Repeatedly he did this even while he closed his eyes and went to sleep. Should I be worried? Looks as if its gasping for air if that helps
