We are married with one teenager in Oklahoma City. We have had up to 11 Brahma chickens, Dark, Light and even a Buff. We also have 2 muscovy ducks and a brand new goose. She's 8 weeks old and we believe she's Chinese Brown, although she may be a cross. We're only supposing she's female, it's too early to tell. Our homestead is rounded out nicely with2 fish, 2 cats, 2 beehives and a dog. I have visited BYC before, mostly two years ago when we were just considering hatching 2 dozen Brahma eggs from an organic farm in Florida. It was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the wealth of information on the BYC site. Most helpful. I'll be shopping for Goose info, now. Mine has a dark brown/black bill, grey eyes and her feet have changed from black to grey as she's grown. I think she might be a cross. I'm worried about finding a suitable mate nearby.
