Chick EMERGENCY!!!!!! PLEASE HELP

I have 18 pretty young chicks. A few of them have this HUGE lump on the right side of their neck. I'm guessing this is their crop but I really don't know. (I'm very new at raising chickens) I've already lost 4 chicks to whatever this is and i have no idea what to do to save the others who have these lumps!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Is the lump on the right side of their necks? If so, it's probably just the food that they've eaten.

Food in the crop is normal as long as at some point the crop clears.

It's not clearing. My chicks are dying I've already lost 4 in the past week!

do you have a picture we can see and that would help us help you better. what are there symptoms? how is there breathing? is there any noise when they breathe? are they lethergic or sleepy looking? how is their stool? is it normal or runny what color? Any symptoms that you can think of can help us to help you. please post any symptoms that you have noticed. it will be a great help. also if you can post a picture of the lumps you are concerned about that would be a great help. this way we can see exactly what your talking about. hope this helps. best wishes to you!

If they are on shavings, put them on a towel, give plenty of water and remove their food at night. It would help if you could post pictures of them and their poop.

Post pictures of them and their poop after you have had them on a towel without food overnight.
