Chick falls on its back and kicks it feet?

My five day old chick will sometimes fall on his back and kick his feet as if it can’t get back up. kind of like a turtle. I have never noticed any of my others doing this. It also did this when it first hatched it stayed on its back and kicked around the incubator upside down. Otherwise the check seems OK. should I be concerned about this?
