How long should I keep feeding my chicks medicated chick feed? They are currently 7 weeks old, and have transitioned to their outside coop/run... Thank you

I take the advise of a local breeder who’s been in the business a long time. He keeps them on medicated until he puts them in the run. So now would be the time to switch. But use up what you have first so it’s not wasted. Whenever I have to switch feeds I always mix the old with the new 50/50 until the old feed is gone.
