Would an ice cube tray work as a feeder for chicks?

Yeah, I've used them for chicks before. They will grow out of it fast and make a mess in there though..

Hello and welcome to the family. Yes an ice cube tray would work. You can use just about anything as a feeder. We use a miniature bread loaf pan from a childs play cooking set as a feeder for our youngsters in the brooder.
