Chick from GREY egg

I have a mystery chick from a mixed dozen eggs won in a raffle in Australia.

53 gram, grey egg.

Photo next to another egg for colour comparison.

Second picture is around 4 days old.

Last 2 pictures are today at 4 weeks old.

Most likely an Olive-egger mix of some sort, second generation or later so no guarantee that this bird has the correct genes for that same color of egg or anything. Looks to me like the chick has both Australian Araucana and Marans in its ancestry. What a cutie!

What stunning eggs!

Interestingly I have an almost identical frizzled hen araucana x silkie x Belgian d'uccle. She lays a greenish egg though lol
