chick getting picked at. is there anything natural i can do?

i don't have access to blue kote (sp) right now and i have a chick about 3 weeks old getting it's feathers plucked out by older ones. i don't have anywhere to keep the young chick separate. is there something natural that i might have on hand to help alleviate the pecking? something that tastes bad, but won't harm?

You have to get that bird out of there, now.
Do you have a crate, old aquarium, something like that?
They will kill her.
