Chick getting weak, stopped eating

I have a chick about 5 days old I noticed had pasty but this morning so I cleaned it up and put him back in the brooder. (He was staying under the hot plate).This afternoon his bootie is clear but his head was hanging down and he was sitting with his wings down and butt in the air under the brooder while all hi best mates were running around active and eating well. I carried him to chick waterer and had him take a 4-5 drinks but he does not seem to be coming around. I had sav a chick in the water untill today then changed to a lil acv in the water this afternoon. All other chicks are doing well. Any ideas what I can do? The chicks crop is empty and it just seems to be getting weaker

Can you make a teaspoon of wet mash out of the chick feed and try to feed it, wet mash will provide protein and moisture for the chick. If you have an eyedropper to put the mash in would be handy also. Make sure that chick stays warm but not burning hot. Hope it feels better.

Thanks I’ll try that, but he didn’t even try to eat scrambled egg I just tried to give it. Hard to get him to open his beak at all, but he did drink for me earlier.
