Chick going in circles

We are new to raising chicks, and we got ours from Tractor Supply about a week ago. Yesterday one of the Cornish Rocks started to go around in circles to the left, and its head is tucked. On occasion it will stand straight, but for the most part it just leans over. It is not eating or drinking, unless I hold a spoon with water under its beak.

Any ideas and help would be appreciated.

It sound just like my cochin bantam that is blind.

Does it see your hand when you move it around it?

The chick does not seem to notice movement, but when I talk to it, it does stop to listen to my voice. His eyes look clear also.

A blind chick can survive, however they require a lot of extra help.
feed and water always in the same place and on a wall.
Small pens. My friend has a blind silky hen that is raising babies now.

Also, that may not be the only thing wrong with the chick.
If so, culling may be the best option

We debating on culling, right now the chick is in its own box, and we are handfeeding it and giving it some vitamins. If no improvement in a couple of days I am sure we will have to make a decision. And, we do not know of any vets in the area who work with chickens.
