Chick Grit?

Hey,
I am wondering if I need to use a chick grit? Or a grit for my chicks and how to use it?

Hello,

Unless your chick feed contains grit, you will need to give them trick grit if you intent to give them anything other than their regular feed (fruit, veggies, meat, etc)

I generally don't start feeding mine foods other than their normal chick feed until they are at least 4 weeks of age.

Whoops, haha! Chick not trick I usually wait until 4-6 weeks. Some people will feed things like mashed up liver before then but I never have.

HAHAHA okay so do I need to wait for grit if mine are only 5 days old?
