Chick has huge gas buildup UNDER his skin, what can i possibly do?

thanks everyone for your advise, i gave him more anti gas stuff and fed him plainyogurt mixed with water, i had to force feed him basically, he wud not eat.

today he was miraculously better and is even eating. i am so happy he is going to make it. it was such a strange thing i wish i had my camera to show you all.

i hope he keeps being okay i was so very worried!

I have a rooster that has blown up like a beachball and also feels like one. he has large amounts of gas under his skin and his skin is pulled so tight that he can't even close his eyes. I made openings in several places in the skin to let the gas escape and so far the skin is staying down. Coopersgirl did your chicken survive? I haven't tried the anti-gas remedy yet but i am going to give it a try.
