Chick hatched with fluid in head?

I have a Chick that has fluid on top of the head and under the beak(chin) area. Its about 18 hours old. It's struggling somewhat but alive and trying to move. Will the body absorb the fluid?
Nothing is exposed. All feathered and otherwise the body is normal.
Don't want to cull to early but will if needed.
