Does that incubator auto turn eggs?
I concur about temp controllers and thermometers being notoriously inaccurate.
Until you get something precise for temperature, don't expect great results without being lucky enough to stumble upon an accurate one.

Chick update!
Sadly, only 1 out of the 7 chicks hatched (Just hatched yesterday), which I feel awful about, BUT I am still very happy with the chick that did hatch. It is currently in the brooder and I may share photos.
I have also ordered a Hydrometer/Thermometer and plan on doing some changes to my incubator so that my next batch has a higher success rate. This was my first time incubating and hatching chicks, and I have learned a LOT in the process.
Though I only have one chick in the brooder, It will not be lonely for long, as I am getting some more chicks soon this month.
Also, thank you all who helped me with this! It is such a beautiful experience to hatch chicks!
