Chick Help!

I have an egg that hatched early this morning. The chick came out quickly like its very strong but it had a big ball on its behind. Now about 6 hrs later I checked the ball has busted from it jumping around and theres blood (I believe out of the ball) and a thing hanging off the chick last an umbilical cord would off a baby. I'm guessing something didn't develop inside the chick before it hatched and its hanging out. I'm lost here. The chicks alive and jumping around but I have no clue what to do. Please help. Thanks. I don't know how to put on pictures. I'm not great on the computer. Its still alive and moving around in the bator, seems very strong. Its looks like something thats suppose to be inside is hanging out. It just breaks my heart. I keep thinking if it is part of its insides then I wish it would just die because theres no way I could kill it. I guess all I can do is wait, I'll have to put it in a brooder tonight but I hate picking it up for fear of hurting it. Kelly
