All but 1 out of 11 hatched

I had 4 shrink wrapped.
3. Large yolks
And few must of died last week

Anyway

The chick pipped but couldn't turn to zip. I could see membrane looked very tight so I did the unthinkableand helped
took off a bit of shell to help. In end I had a chick in a clear rubber suit with just it's beak out so I did the wet towel think till eventually it got a foot out then it was on it's own

Now the chick got out at 1am. But now 9 hrs it's still isn't fluff
It's eyes look glued shut
And it's rolling around like it's drunk lolol

Is this normal?

I was expecting a ball of fluff

The feathers look stuck to the body

Is it due for

I had closed vents and it was 85

Got it down to 65. Now opened vents

Are yours walking? Or rolling around

It might have that splay leg minor. It just don't seem to be able to put them underneath. The it kicks and over it goes

One leg very prominently moving toe curling other not at all

I put on some tape to see if that helps. But it still lying down of on it's back

Could it be cause it's on it's own

What can I put in make it feel more settled

They will roll around and lay there and rest and sleep for up to 12 hours or so sometimes, especially if they had a hard hatch. It is totally normal, just let him rest for awhile. Don't worry about how he is walking until tomorrow. Congrats on your new baby.

He's got no lung problems lolol

I just put a strap on legs he now a but more stable

I put a towel in a butter dish so it smaller he can't summersault

Still concerned about the eyes should I bath them?
I thought they were eyes but it the buldge where eyeball is its bald his eyelids look like eyebrows lolol

Fluffy but still not opened eyes lol
How will he see the water and seed I tried to put him to it

He's on utube take a look

Removed splint his legs seem alot closer and underneath I'll keep eye on that
