One of my 6 week old chicks somehow injured his leg. There is no visible injury or open wound. But she is not putting her leg on ground and only stands on one leg. I seperated her from other chicks . Will she heal on her own or should i do something? I am very worried 😥

It depends on how serious. I had a chick who out of the blue started limp[ing too, but after 2 days she recovered. At that time, she kept laying down to rest, but she was fine.

Did you recently drop her after holding her? And make sure it is not muddy feet. Is the other foot straight of sideways?

No i didn't. She is almost fully feathered at six weeks old. I just woke up 2 days ago and found her like that. No idea how she injured herself.

Its already been 2 days but i don't really see much improvement. 😥

Does the bottom of her feet just look normal, no splinters?

Yeah it looks normal. I attached a pic of the injured leg. Looks identical to other one. Should i do something or let her be? 😥

Does she have any other symptoms? Also does her feet curl up?

No she is fine otherwise . Prefers to sit and stands only on one leg. No i don't think she curls it up but she does curl her fingers around my Finger like in the pic.
