I recently got 5 chicks and they all are doing well except one. I heard a chirping that sounded like a chick was hurt. When I looked closer I noticed that a chick was trying to poop but was clearly in pain. We gave her a warm soak and she still seems to still be having a hard time pushing. Everytime she pushes only a small amount of poop comes out. She is about 3 weeks old.

Do you see her drinking o.k.?

You can give her a little coconut oil to see if that helps get things moving. I'd just mix it with some of her feed or offer hardened pieces that she can eat (it won't hurt the other chicks to eat a piece or two).

Is her vent swollen? If it is, then soaking is a good idea, if you have epsom salts, that can be added to the soaking water. For a swollen vent, I'd apply a little anti-inflammatory cream.
