Chick knocking into other eggs! HELP!

So today is day 21 and one chick hatched so far and the other 9 piped and made a tiny crack the other chick that hatched is knocking the other eggs all over and rolling them around so where they pecked is down now. What should I do? Should I open the incubator and reposition them? The chick is just 3 hours old so I can’t take it out yet. What should I do?

I leave them alone and they usually hatch fine. Even if older sibling is knocking them around.
