Chick leg issue

I have a 5 day old chick with some sort of leg issue. I’m not sure what it is or how to help. It can still move it and all their toes but it is as if the resting place is completely straight. So far it has been able to eat and drink on its own, albeit with a little more difficulty than the others. I’d appreciate any help or guidance on this, thanks!
