Chick missing some head feathers...

Hello all,
My new buff orpington chick from Cackle Hatchery has a few feathers missing on top of her head. What do you think causes it?
I have attached an image.

Do you have other chicks with it?what set up do you have?is it acting normal able to drink/eat/pooping normally?was it shipped to you or did you pick them up at the hatchery?

Her setup is a 110 gallon horse tank with a heat lamp. She is with 5 other chicks. She is otherwise healthy. She was shipped to us from Cackle Hatchery. (Her name is Jeresy).

It may be from where the chicks were in a confined space for a little while and may have plucked some of her fur/feathers out.it should grow back.if all the chicks seem to be doing fine together then I wouldn't worry about it!
