Chick needs help!

Hello! One out of 18 chicks pants bobs it's head and breathes heavier and faster. And It can run around open its eyes. It also looks like it's constantly swallowing or gulping for air. Please help I love it and will do anything.

As it sleeps, which it sleeps often, it bobs its head. Also it's regular sized and looks very similar to the rest.

Could it have swallowed something too big? Does it have enough to drink, and can it get away from the heat lamp?

I don't know if it could have swallowed something too big. It has a lot to drink, and also it can get away from the heat lamp and is sometimes as active as the other chicks. The thing I am verymost worried about is how exausted it gets breathing throughout the day and night. Its whole body moves with each breath and its pretty fast breaths. Often it is trying to sleep.
