Salmon Faverolles almost 6 weeks old. Thought we purchased 2 pullets. One is pure cream, not a stitch of brown. Normal? Her name is Sweetie. Please name the other one, Chick Norris for a rooster, Lovie for a hen.

A pale chest[may or may not have some black speckling] usually means a pullet. So unless the middle comes in pure black you have a girl. The brown also higly suggests female. Males tend to be more stark black+white.

I think your other chick is a white Faverolles.

The salmon is a pullet. The other is a white Faverolles, and possibly a cockerel. Where did you get them?

Ok, all those black wing feathers made us think male, but then the chest confused us. And the little cream one then started pinking up to add to the guessing game fun. I did not realize there was such a thing as white faverolles. Next to the white orpington foster mother (s)he is creamy.
They were picked up at a small local feed/tack store.

The recessive whites that pop up out of the salmons tend to have salmon leakage. It may become more noticeable as the chick matures.
