Chick not growing feathers.... IDEAS?

I have a 2 week old chick that still has yet to start getting her feathers. My other chicks her same age are all mostly feathered on their wings and getting their tail feathers in. I'm not sure if it's just the type of breed she is or if something else is going on. Any one have any ideas on why?

Might be a breed thing, Ive had frizzles that were bald for about 2-3 weeks, just had to keep them warm in the brooder but they all made it and turned out to be very cute frizzles....shouldn't be anything to worry about...
