Chick not moving--ate hair?

We have a 3-4 week old chick that ate some human hair. My husband had to try and pull it out of her throat and got most but not all of it. This was yesterday and she was fine. Today, she is not moving and has her eyes closed and is obviously sick. What should we do or what can we do? Thanks.

is the crop large or small? maybe treat like a crop problem with a little oil and massage? Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in. I hope she gets to feeling better.
