(Forgive the mess, it’s food grade DE)
I have a month old chick who keeps falling over or laying down. Poop is normal, appetite and water consumption is normal (if I pick her up and put her by the water or food), but she can’t even sit upright.

Earlier she appeared to be shivering but has since stopped. No signs of illness or lice/mites/fleas and the rest of the flock is normal.

She’s hanging out with an injured chick currently since she was being trampled, none of the rest of the chick flock is showing any signs of illness at all.

Any clues as to what this could be? Thanks!

It looks like you're free feeding chick crumble, correct? So it probably isn't a vitamin deficiency unless you happened to get a really old or bad bag, can you check the date on it to make sure? BTW, I don't have experience with this, just trying to help figure it out with you as best I can.

It says it was made on 9/27/2017, best by 6/27/18. She’s eating plenty, and drinking lots too. It’s just so weird to me, seems like she’s totally normal other than her legs. When she tries to move she looks like a fish out of water. She’s really liking this extra soupy mash though

Feed made 9/27 is too old, IMO. Can you go get a bag of fresh feed? It does look like Marek's, but seems a little young for. If it were my bird I would weigh it daily and watch for weight loss, or not enough weight gain, and I would start giving it some Rooster Booster Poultry Cell orally.
