Chick not zipping with broody hen

Hi everyone. I have a broody hen she had two eggs one hatched the other one has pipped almost 24 hours ago but hasn’t done much else no zip it’s still chirping and mama seems to not want to help it. Should we help it out after 24 hours. Also if you have a good video or site for helping I’d appreciate it.
