This might seem like a bit of a silly question but when is a chick considered a pullet? And when do they begin to 'cluck' versus 'peep'. I have a barred rock who is just a month old but is nearly fully feathered and i thought I have heard a couple of times when she seemed to make more of a clucking sound. She still peeps all the time but I thought she made a cluck a couple of times.
