My husband found this baby in our free range pen! We think it must have gotten separated from its mother, probably a neighbor's bird. I asked in the chicken ID thread & quite a few think possibly a turkey poult? I think the head looks a little different than a chicken. I'm not home, so all I've seen are these pictures! Thank you!

It is not a turkey. It is a chicken chick. Turkey poults will have a snood. They do not have a comb. That chick has a comb. It is probably a pea comb. It does not have a snood.
