I think this little baby was almost pecked to death by another hen. She's breathing slow and steady and taking sugar water from a dropper, I have her on a hot water bottle under a heat lamp. Is there anything else I can do?
The poor little thing has had her wing feathers pulled out what about infection? Is there some sort of antibiotic I can give her?

Aeromycin is good for chicks. So is Terramycin but it has a shorter effectiveness life once mixed up, I believe. I have sprinkled Aeromycin powder on raw chick navels with success, too, so that might be good on any injuries to do for any injuries she has. Neosporin is another possibility, but you don't want to put it anywhere that the moistness would cause skin to stay raw from rubbing.
A little vitamin & electrolytes powder (WITHOUT MINERALS--excessive minerals can be toxic to chicks) in water might also help.
Sounds like you're giving this chick just the kind of TLC she needs.

Best wishes.
