Chick Pecking Herself Under Wing

I need help. I have one week old chicks and one of them (a Buff Orpington) is pecking herself raw under her wing. I put some Blu-Kote on it because I didn’t want the other chicks to start pecking her and I thought this would help prevent her from pecking. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions?

One of my Buff Orpingtons did the same thing. Her feather development was slower than the others. If her skin is getting sore, you can try putting some triple antibiotic ointment on it. Mine was a little overzealous preening her chick down, but she stopped after a couple weeks.
