Chick piped at the wrong end.

So one of the chick in the egg piped at the wrong end about 10-12 hrs ago. Should help her out of the egg?

She chirps a lot sometimes. Its 23rd day and rest of the batch mates have hatched. The egg beside it hatched as well. She takes her beak out sometimes as well. This photo was taken earlier today but it hasn't changed since.

Candle the egg to see where the chick is. At 23 days, it may not be able to turn inside yegg to get open.

At 23 days, I'd be thinking more of assisting. Definitely read through the guide to chick assisting before you start though.
