A lot of my eggs have been pipping upside down this hatch and was wondering if this is normal, they are definitely getting more tired and aren’t as easily hatching as my other hatches. What do you recommend doing?

I wouldn't worry too much, unless there's a couple that are obviously in distress.

What has your humidity during incubation been?
In future hatches I'd keep it around 30-40%.
I would think your humidity was too high, the chick got too large and couldn't turn to the hatching position. Some chicks don't turn, anyway. I usually have 1 or 2 each hatch that will hatch from the pointy end.
