What is the highest price you would pay for an unsexed Barnyard Mix?

You may get takers from people that just want chickens and are willing to butcher the boys they grow out of them. But, there really isn't any value in barnyard mixes and straight run further discourages anyone wanting hens.
The TSC by me has mixed the boys and girls of each breed so they are, in effect, straight run. But they are pure breeds and they are charging $1 ea..
I suggest concentrating on one or two breeds. Eat the eggs of breeds that aren't the same as your roosters and hatch the chicks from hens that are the same breed as your males.

I can’t vote as I would not buy barnyard mixes. Also the age of the bird would help determine the price. Are these one day olds, 4 week olds, six week olds, or started pullets 16-20 weeks? The older the bird the more it costs to feed and house so price rises. You may want to determine feed bill to determine pricing or just do what the market allows. Good Luck! :)
