Chick Question

A chick that I hatched that is in the brooder now still has the cord on it, never had that happen before. Should I leave it alone or do something about?

I'd disinfect it with something like iodine and just watch it. It will eventually dry up an fall off but you need to watch that the other chicks don't peck at it. Something like blue-kote might help detour the picking too. How much is hanging? Just a little or is it long enough he could trip over it?
