chick scoots on its stomach.

A new chick won't stand up it just scoots on it stomach. And pushes with its legs. Its a very strong and vocal chick. Can it be helped?

It's legs are straight back behind it. Not out to the sides

I would put some SaveAChick or other poultry vitamins in the water, help it to get to food and water, and try a chick chair. Make sure that your bedding is non-slippery to help him get his legs.
