Chick seems tired - temperature too high ?

I have two chicks born yesterday, so Day 2 today. One is really active and moved around. The other just seems tired and lying down a lot. Is this normal ? The temperature in the brooder is currently at 97F / 36 °C. Is this too warm?

They are still in the incubator...I am not sure when I can take them out. The other one is eating and drinking

I would take them out, if there are no eggs hatching rn take them out, they both seem fluffed up

Give the chick a once over to see if there's anything externally wrong with it.
