chick sick need help

week old chick will not open eyes and will not bend one leg. she chirps very loud she was fine until about an hour ago

jersey gaint week old. chirping alot and will not open eyes one leg will not move no bleeding or injury
eats medicated start and grow poop looks normal
i seperated her from the other chicks

Good idea to separate her. Is she warm enough?
Sounds like a possible leg injury- they might be playing too roughly. Keep her separated, and warm, with food and water available. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is let them rest overnight and reassess in the morning. Since she's alone, you might put a clean stuffed animal in with her- somebody to snuggle with.

she acts like she wants to stand but she lays on her stomach flapping her wings,,, not opening her eyes still

Have you checked her vent for pasting up? It will look/feel like dried poop is there, and it will prevent the chick from pooping, so cleaning it gently off is really important. they can die from not being able to eliminate...

Use a moistened cloth or your fingers and a bowl of warm water (not too hot) and hold her, while gently picking/softening the hardened bits off. When cleared, dry her gently and keep her warm in the brooder...Watch for a poop.
