At what age are chicks to be swapped from Chick Starter to Chick grower??

I don't know what you have available in the UK, but I'd assume it is pretty close to this side of the pond. I'll also assume you are talking about a flock that will eventually become laying hens, not a meat flock. So the answer is, it depends, but not much.

Different feed manufacturers have different suggestions, anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. It should be printed on the bag. In practice, switch whenever the Starter runs out, whether that is 4 weeks or 8 weeks. It really won't matter.
