Chick still hasn't hatched after 21 days?!

as someone who has had many hatches I say this is normal Its normal for chicks to hatch at day 23 and rarely at day 24-25
I wouldn't be too utterly concerned

Ok I'm a first Bach hacker and you are asking I need to wait till 25 days to be considered

So I found 12 I was given 4 in result its the 21 day and I was told not to worry till 24 day... but then what do I do? I don't wanna barrie a potential bird.

Can you candle the eggs? If so you can see if a birds in the egg, if there is a bird on day 25 you could try to break the egg open but most likely the chick will be dead anyway .

I had 2 perfectly formed chicks die of suffocation in the egg because of malposition. They wiggled a lot on day 19 and died between day 19 and 20. I made a safety hole on day 20 but it was already too late.
I did necropsies on day 21. Both perfect chicks with all things absorbed.
Now I will always drill safety holes on unhatched eggs as soon as the majority of the other eggs have hatched.
(in this case I had the first pip on day 18, all live chicks hatched on day 19.)

Leave it in. It might hatch. I have had chickens hatch on day 25
